THIS ROUND OF EVOLVE IS NOW CLOSED FOR ENROLMENT
Next round Autumn 2024
If you help women with pelvic health, I'd love to share my whole body approach to pelvic health with you with eight of you this autumn.
Physios, Osteos, Mummy MOT practitioners, Yoga and Pliates teachers, PT's - EVOLVE, my whole body approach to pelvic heath is starting in autumn 2024.
Join me over the course of the next four sessions and understand my unique movement based perspective to pelvic floor rehab.
I am helping 100's of women every month resolve their pelvic floor issues and I really feel the need to share the fundamentals of my method as widely as possible, not only with my mum clients, but other practitioners and teachers who work with them too. So together we can help as many women as possible.
EVOLVE
It's the most valuable content that I have learnt over the last eight years from courses, mentorships and my own personal experience, which I have honed into this 6 hour course.
It's the material I use everyday, with every client. From session one, you will be rolling out these take aways with your clients the next day. I'm going to explain it in a way that you will really get and importantly your clients will too.
This goes way beyond Kegles, clam shells and happy babies, which are outdated approaches to pelvic floor rehab now. Our clients are busy women, with busy lives, who want to see results fast and we can do that by giving them strategies to weave into everyday life and their workouts with us. To help them realise why they may be experiencing their symptoms from a WHOLE body perspective, get them recovering faster or keep these symptoms away!
The techniques you will learn, will not seem pelvic floor specific to your clients. I'll teach you how to weave this stuff in, so the pelvic floor elements fly under the radar, so we don't have to keep saying the words "pelvic floor". It keeps movement exciting. Our clients won't feel like they are being held back or that things are off limits for them. This is what helps our clients commit to their rehab (it won't seem like rehab) and less likely to give up. I guarantee you are going to love this stuff and learn so much about your body too!
Tell me more...
Each session will happen over Zoom.
A max. 8 people (hopefully including you!) - it's limited to 8 because I want to see you all clearly on the Zoom screen for the practical/interactive elements!
Dates: TBC
4 x 90 minute sessions.
All sessions will be recorded. You will have access to the portal for 30 days after our last call, to catch up and watch again.
Each session will be a blend of theory first and then practical so you can feel this in your body too. The why and then the how.
Slides will be released every Sunday in advance of our sessions, so you can print them off, make notes.
YouTube links to my favourite movement drills, so you can use these with your clients.
The vibe is casual, supportive, collaborative, kind. Open conversation. Ask anything. Ask it again.
What's the plan...
Week one: Learning about the ribcage and possibilities to create change there. How to assess. The implications the shape of the ribcage has for pelvic floor health and function, but also for whole body general ease of movement. It will include specific breathing drills I’d adopt based on assessment and movement adaptations to be made off the back of our client's presentation.
Week Two: Pelvis focused. Some theory to start, the. How to assess the hips and how to improve internal rotation, which I believe to be a huge puzzle piece to almost all my clients. We will go through exercises we can do to bring about those changes in our training sessions.
Week three - The Feet. Theory then assessing our client's feet and how these may be limiting whats going on above. Helping clients with foot pressures, pronation drills, generating force, absorbing force down the chain - again followed by some practical so you can feel this in your own body.
Week 4 - A case study where we tie all of this together and a format to use with your clients. I will be the case study. You can all as a group, take me through an assessment, based on what we've learnt in previous weeks and suggest what we do to bring about the changes I need. I'll be guiding you and giving my input and advice too.
